How to enter:  Anyone can post images and text of self care practices which bring them a greater sense of well being.  All submissions will be visible to the followers and viewers of the New Culture Naturopathic facebook page.  Submissions of adult or inappropriate content will be deleted as well as any negative and non productive public messages.  All questions, concerns, feedback and comment can be discussed through private messages.  Positive and creative submissions are welcomed.  There are no limit to submissions but the deadline will be December 26th 2015.  The winning submission will be judged as innovative, universal as well as practical.  Once chosen the top three winners will be contacted and asked for their mailing address as well as agree to be featured by the New Culture Newsletter.  Three naturopathic care packages will be delivered no later than December 29th to the selected winners.
