The morning begins with a meaningful completion process of 2015 to then welcome the new year and possibilities with a centering guided meditation and vision board experience....led by Mikiki and Nancy.

The afternoon begins with the beautiful work of DR. ARTEMIS PARVATIN.D. presents a fabulous “Winter Warmer Experience” Imagine a warm, herbal foot bath, while sipping warm herbal tea, and experiencing a wonderful engaging discussion as Dr. Artemis shares naturapathic winter cold and flu remedies, with samples available (and packages will be for sale on site).
Our beautiful winter day will be completed with the divine work of Donna Spear of Anando, as she leads us in a practice of a Yin Restorative Yoga Experience and meditation...your body and soul will be at peace...
