Naturopathic support

50 Weekly sessions - one hour -$50/session

HIPPA compliant for private virtual consultations

Initial consultation of an hour and a half to gather a holistic intake of the individual’s needs.

Advisement for optimal supplementation throughout pregnancy and lactation especially through whole food nutrition.

Encouragement to formulate a birth plan.

In person options Western Massachusetts especially for postpartum support (steeping sitz baths, picking up groceries, preparing whole foods for delivery.)

 

*New Culture offers virtual consultations according to the states which do not license Naturopathy. Complementary care does not conflict with standard of care. New Culture offers the frequency of observation and coaching to build rapport and have more personalized care by way of hydro (spa) home care, whole food nutrition, movement for alignment, mind/body counseling, and gentle supplementation of nutrients and botanicals.
